Everything about La Perla and Villa Topaz was amazing! From the spacious rooms to the balconies and all the beautiful decor. Ms. Michaela was such a delight to work with and extremely helpful before arriving and during our entire stay. The Villa was so beautiful, comfortable and aesthetically appealing. It definitely felt like paradise and the views were lovely. Everything was very clean in the home and smelled good upon our arrival. We loved the quiet peaceful environment and how close it was to Secret Beach and various restaurants. Ms. Michaela was so helpful in making our dinner reservations and tropic air reservations and changes. This was the perfect location for our family’s first vacation. The Villa also came equipped with all the kitchen amenities to enjoy meals in the home as well. All of the La Perla staff are top tier! My family and I are extremely grateful! We look forward to booking again in the near future!

This is a wonderful location that was spacious, gorgeous, and luxurious. It was a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downsides were the Wi-fi was slow depending on the time of day and there were some extra blankets with stains on them. Neither thing detracted from our stay. Overall, it was fantastic place that I would recommend to anyone I know.

Unbelievable and unforgettable! Our stay at the Topaz Villa at La Perla exceeded our expectations. The staff is amazing and took great care of us. They cleaned the house immaculately when we needed, even doing our laundry! The chef prepared a delicious meal for our first night. But the concierge service took the prize! They arranged for all activities ~ everything from recommending the best restaurants to having jet skis delivered to our pier. We spent a day snorkeling in the most beautiful waters and catching our own dinner of red snapper, barracuda and yellow tail. Our guides even caught lobsters and prepared a beachfront feast that rivaled any Michelin star meal! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and allowing us to create memories that will last a lifetime.

We truly loved this place!! We had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind and helpful! We enjoyed the beautiful beach views, the pool, and all that we were able to do while we were there. The food that we had cooked for us, from the Chef Sarita was out of this world! My partner and I stayed at Villa Topaz along with friends for a wedding. We were there a Thursday through Monday and did not want to leave! Michaela greeted us as we got onto the island and was so accommodating. This was my first international trip so the logistics of travel + Covid was a little stressful but she helped organize every single detail for us. Everyone that works at La Perla were helpful, friendly, and overall just really nice people. The villas are huge and still made us feel like we were on vacation when we had to do a bit of work while we were there since they all have indoor/outdoor balconies. I would 100% recommend La Perla to anyone looking for an island getaway and we cannot wait to visit again!

I stayed in Villa Topaz which was absolutely one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed at.
The views of the ocean & the sunsets were breathtaking.
All of La Perla del Caribe is very peaceful & relaxing.
One of the rooms in Villa Topaz has a jacuzzi which we all enjoyed especially after a long day trip to see the Mayan ruins.
I would encourage everyone to stay at this resort & ask for Villa Topaz.??

my wife and my children have been in This amazing House, perfect for families, just 50 Mts away to the wonderful white beach.
This house has got amazing paintings and furnitures, I really enjoyed the place and the staff was so nice and welcoming.
We did so many great activities like swimming with sharks and stingray.
I will come back for sure, very recommended

This place was absolutely amazing and the service is 5 stars, everything you could ever ask for, my family stayed here for 4 nights and it definitely was not enough, will definitely stay here again. Just north of San Pedro town which we thought was great, out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to access all the amenities town offers

Villa has a great floor plan. Top good things- BIG. great outdoor areas. Stocked kitchen. Clean. bottom two bedrooms are like ice boxes which is awesome. Things that need improvement- one AC is out. Living area is hot even with AC working. Just needs some TLC.
Emma is the on site manager. She is super. Quick to respond. I let her know about the AC and she had someone there in about 20 minutes. She also helped us with a golf cart problem and was always very friendly and prompt.

What an unbelievable place. I stayed at Villa Topaz and I have to say it was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. The villa was beautiful and was nice and clean and the staff was excellent and very kind. I loved the massive pool!! The views were great and everything is just a few steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend this villa and can’t wait to go back!

Loved our villa which was right on the beach with great breezes. the kitchen was well stocked.
The pool was a hit with our kids. It was peaceful and relaxing. Great spot to snorkel and take trips to the shark, Caulker Caye (which we loved). This part of our trip was the best part for our kids (12-12-10).
Absolutely would recommend for a relaxing, water base trip with kids. Enjoyed the Jamaican restaurants 2 properties over (kids did too)...

Alexa (Resort manager) was extremely helpful and informative. She managed to coordinate and schedule our activities for our group of seven and made it look easy.
The house was larger than expected and the seven of us were very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. During our stay, there was a lot of sea weed washing up on the beach which made us take the golf cart to the "Secret Beach" which took about 15 minutes. That was well worth it because the water on the west side of the island is protected and was crystal clear blue water. There are also bar's with food menu's as well. This is where I was introduced to the Mango Colda. My new favorite drink.
I would highly recommend staying at this resort. Every morning the sand around the whole resort was raked and the plants and trees were constantly being groomed. Just a very relaxing place to vacation. The view off of the front deck is of the beach and surf. The only obstacles are some coconut trees.
I only wish that the weather could have cooperated for the whole trip.

LaPerla is a unique, tranquil, comfortable and safe haven on the north side of Ambergris, Caye. We found our villa offering great space, wonderful views of the ocean, outdoor patios and screened in porches to enjoy the warm tropical breeze all day and night, simply a magical place. All the property help was extremely responsive and cheerful to help us with all the needs of our party of 7. How blessed the Belzian people are with their gifts of tropical blue waters, sun and the escape from the hustle of every day city life.

We rented Villa Topaz due to proximity to Casa Layla which was where the wedding party stayed for our daughter's wedding. Only two doors down yet far enough away that everyone could have some personal time and close enough to enjoy the excellent event. Villa Topaz is colorful and bright with a playful and tasteful ambiance. Perfect for family of six plus the mother of groom.

My family of 5 spent 6 wonderful days in Villa Topaz at La Perla del Caribe. It is clear the owners are artists as every piece of furniture is unique. The children especially loved the Greek room. We will definitely be back and will stay longer next time.
