Payment/Cancellation Policy
To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total stay.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Unfortunately we can not offer refunds within the cancellation periods as a result of airline delays, strikes, political unrest, weather conditions, travel advisories or acts of God including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.
Cancellation
More than 45 days prior to arrival
Full refund minus an administrative fee of
US $100 per villa.
45-30 days prior to arrival
50% of entire stay is non-refundable.
Within 30 days of arrival
No refund on entire stay.
Changes
Should a guest wish to cancel a reservation and transfer the booking to another date, we will make every effort to do this without incurring a cancellation charge, but this will be subject to availability and season.
